• Resource Analysis (CPU usage, Signaling, user capacity) on all Core VOIP elements by observing occupancy during different loading conditions
• Working & Maintenance of NEXTONE RSM & iView Product
• Provisioning of End Points, Call Plans and Routes using NEXTONE Utilities & Products
• Handling of daily corporate international calls complain
• Tickets management on the basis of faults and carrier’s responses
Skills:
• Adequate Grip on Signaling protocols (SIP, SS7)
• Command on LDI (Long Distance International) voice operations
• Hands on experience on NEXTONE GENBAND and SONUS NMS
• Excellent understanding of configurations of various routing protocols on switches and routers
• Deep knowledge of networks and telecommunication devices

Executive Noc Engineer (01 October 2016 - 31 March 2018).
Previously worked as an executive NOC engineer in Wateen Telecom where I am monitoring the FTTx and GPON network. Moreover also monitoring DVB links and Wimax links. The primary purpose of my job is to take full responsibility for service alarm monitoring and alarm management for all FTTx/GPON network services, Fault restoration and configuration management of FTTx/GPON network within the scope of work delegated by work area responsible Manager.
 Service problem restoration.
 Preventive service maintenance.
 Implementation of configuration changes suggested by SDS Team.
 Executing system configuration changes as per given right.
 Trouble Ticket Handling.
 Work Order Handling.
 Configuration management of FTTx and GPON nodes.

Field Engineer

The primary purpose of my job was to take full responsibility for BSS(Base Station Subsystems), installation, configuration management within the scope of work delegated by work area responsible Manager.
3G Installation
 Hands on experience of Huawei BTS 3900, 3900A.
 RF expansion for 3G installation (RF Antennas and RRUs).
 Also familiar with Huawei BBU and cards used for the 3G & 4G expansion.
 Do survey of 3g swap project.
 Worked on zong 3g swap project i.e installation.
 Hands on experience of using mobile tools of Huawei i.e ISDP, QC.
4G Installation

 Installation, Configuration, dismantling, Commissioning & Troubleshooting of Huawei RTN 900 (905, 910, 950, 950A, 980) Transmission equipment.
 Worked on zong 3g swap project i.e installation.
 Power swap of zong project 2015.
 Proper alarm patching.
