IT Consultant•Colleague
I and Bilal worked together as team during 2012, I was contracted as an independent IT consultant by El-Concorde where Bilal was the IT Director. The project scope spanned over one year and covered the ERP SAP assessment and recommendation including the detailed plan for implementation. During the project phases Bilal was a true team player and provided valuable input and recommendations to the deliverables of the project. And here are the areas I and Bilal finalized in the project deliverables:- 1. Hardware and software licenses. 2. Proposed professional services. 3. Compliance with business requirements stated and approved in the RFP process. 4. Warranties, maintenance contract, and service level agreements. 5. Project time lines. 6. Legal requirements. 7. Penalties structure, values, and limits. 8. Responsibilities matrix. 9. Payment terms and relevant guarantees. During the project phases I and Bilal travelled to India, Lebanon and Egypt to meet with the finalized list of SAP Implementers, and during all the travels he showed high level of responsibility, professionalism, and fun as well. I highly recommend him and wish him the best of luck in his endeavor.
