Reported to the CEO and led a team of 8 resources to setup the new department and promote it within TAGITI wide range of services to offer, IT Audit services, IT infrastructure consulting, but not limited to Business Continuity Management (BCM), information Security Management System (ISMS) in addition to the infrastructure consulting from IT systems and networks along with prepare/review of proposals, clients RFPs, consulting and audit reports.
