Managing Skycourt Towers & National Bond Oasis - NBC PORTFOLIO.
Managed number of units all over U.A.E - AMLAK PORTFOLIO.
Prepares EJARI (For Renewal/New Lease Contracts)
Updating the owners about their property in a timely manner.
Sending renewal letters to the Landlords and tenants and informing them about the rent increase if applicable as per the Rent Calculator ( RERA )
Completing the renewal process with the tenants; collecting rent cheques, executing the tenancy contract, preparing receipts for the rental payment and all other fees.
Making the landlord & tenants aware of the relevant law’s by the rental committee if and when required.
Preparing all the relevant documents to serve eviction notice to the tenants if the owner requests us to issues eviction notice to the tenant.
Conducts snagging inspections & Records all the clients point accurately.
Ensures all property snagging documentation is correctly compiled including photographs and communicated to head office.
Carries out pre-inspection checks to ensure that the property is in a presentable state.
Liaises with site teams to ensure snagging issues are rectified to the correct standard.
Conducts handover appointments ensuring that all correct legal paperwork is completed.
Prepares and communicates appropriate handover related response for clients’ queries and other notices either through telephone, electronically or face to face.
Direct unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Maintaining accurate internal reports and records.
Maintaining and develops relationships with clients and other staff members.
Prepares correspondence, files, reports and other written documentation, reviews, processes and monitor documents such as snagging list, etc.
Provides input into the development of more efficient handover procedures.
Coordinates DLP complaints between office and site.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.
Responding appropriately to tenant’s emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
Responsible for building maintenance repairs and services.
Managing, scheduling and coordinating assigned real estate services. .
Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily.
Supervising the organization personally.
* Dealing with different kinds of customers and serving them.
* Handling all kind of problems related to hardware and software.
* Making reports on daily basis and saving them in system.
Responsible of attending all types of customers complaints.
* Attending customer’s requests (Bill copies, Tele & Broadband information).
* Accepting customer’s applications for deposits refunds, transfer credit, Cash payments and
replacements of sim card, wrong input & clearance certificate.
* Fulfilling customer’s needs & taking care of customer satisfaction.
* Dealing with all kinds of product services.
Responsibility of handling all types’ documentation.
* Receiving and checking of application.
* Checking the reports and handling all kind of complaints from the customers.
* Customer service enquiries.
