 Upgrading Computers IOS from windows 7 to windows 10 for all user across the company.
 Monitoring and maintaining computer systems.
 Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
 Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
 Preparing daily task report and reporting to IT manager at the end of shift.
 Installation of Classroom setups which includes projector, system and Internet connection.
 Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
 Preparing desktop setup for new user.
 Create new user in the active directory and email registration, finger print.
 Installation of CCTV cameras connecting with DVR.
 Taking CCTV Backup in external hard drives.
 Configuring basic printers, network.
 Troubleshooting end-user PC, LAN & printer.

 Provide effective 1st level IT support to customers and ensure 24X7 availability of IT service.
 Investigate and resolve higher-level faults that occur or escalate these to the appropriate area (second level support)
 Monitor third level support from software, hardware and telecommunication suppliers.
 Assist in the day-to-day operation and performance of the Service Desk.
 Record incidents and resolution using the Service Desk call long sheet (or software).
 Plan work schedules for the installation of new or additional PC-related hardware and software and telephone handsets.
 Work with procurement staff for the purchase of IT consumable.
 Assist in the maintenance of the IT equipment, asset management and other record keeping activities.
 Perform IT asset management functions.
 Perform basic user registration / management.
 Configuration and management of VMTs, handhelds and pagers.
 Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
 Act as support staff for other IT areas.

 Working in Cisco for Reliance 4G Project (Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd.)
 Responsible for Cisco ASR-901, ASR-920O, ASR-920I, ASR-903
Device Integration & Troubleshooting.
 MPLS, ISIS, BGP configuration & troubleshooting.
 Implementation VRF-Lite.
 Experience on MP-BGP (IPV4/V6, VPNv4/V6, RT filter, IPV4/V6 Labeled Unicast).
 Working on ASR 900 (901, 903, 920 & 920-S, 920-O) series router.
 Handling IOS Upgradation activity.
