• Searching of Tenders through Online and Offline of Government Sector on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be interested in the company, either to bid.
• Communicate with national and international clients on the tender process.
• Responsible for ensuring high quality preparation of tenders, proposal and pre-qualifications.
• Ensures standard Tender templates and formats are followed, adhered to.
• Keeps the tender team informed on the schedule and deadlines of the submission.
• Ensures all tender submission requirements are captured and submission of the tender documents as per the requirement of the tender.
• Adheres to deadlines and follows up with Tender Lead in order to meet them, including timely escalation if required to Tender Lead.
• Prepares and ensures that all requirements are completed by the agreed deadlines.
• Ensures that submission content is coherent, and is fit for purpose.
• Assists in all proposals close-out procedures, including submission archiving, maintaining a record of all Tenders / Bids till its final outcome.
• Maintaining the administration of the tenders.
• Monitor proposal content to ensure compliance to RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and technical requirements.
• Reviewing contractual terms and conditions.
• Strive to continuously improve the tender process.
