To attend Kick-off Meeting
To conduct Inline/FRI Inspection of the products with respect to technical pack/manual.
To ensure all the inspection reports are accurate and according to conformance.
Statistical analysis on top major defects with trends comparison (weekly/monthly).
Process Development to rectify and eliminate the rejection and defects.
To ensure the working process, quality and environment are according to ISO standards.
To conduct daily internal audit and aware the concerns from finding to secure facility from NCs.
Preparation for social/technical compliance audit by customer
To perform Root cause analysis and CAP to implement appropriate work practices.
Ensuring the fire equipment and pathways unblocked.
To verify all QMS controlled documents are in practice.
To review work procedures and method study, provided in Specs file from customer.
Design work methods and establish SMVs using PMTS.
To prepare work instruction and parameters.
