I carried out number of projects including construction, Contracting, manufacturing, Health & Safety Consultancy, and Waste Management Consultancy and developed and implemented several HSE MS systems including documentation of ISO Standards for most of the sectors in UAE. I had also worked with Multinational Organization in Pakistan. Additionally, with many safety certification mentioned above, I am also a lead auditor from IRCA approved institute for ISO and expert in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 Certification, ISO audits, ISO documentation and ISO system implementation. I am expert in Quality and HSE Manual, plans, their procedures and records. I am flexible in any environment. I am good in managing huge amount of people with my good coordination and problem solving skills. I always take the decisions by consultation with top management and report HSE problems and improvement points every week in management review meetings for record purpose.

Responsibilities:
* Effective communication of Al TAIR HSE Policies.
* Develops a site specific HSE Management Plan.
* Coordinate Site HSE Activities between AL TAIR, client, consultant and other relevant authorities
* Preplanning work activities for safety.
* Ensures that corrective actions are taken when there is an unsafe act or unsafe condition.
* Ensures that safety meetings are conducted and documented as planned.
* Investigation of all accidents.
* Issuing work stop order where work is found profoundly unsafe.
* Developing first class, high performance HSE team that supports the AL TAIR's vision.
* Facilitates implementation of Hazards Identification and Risk Assessment procedure
I am responsible for the Quality Assurance & Safety of Factory and more than 20 Construction
Projects Sites. Organizing QHSE requirements as per client/project requirements and to ensure its
commitment and compliance is in line with procedures and guidelines.
• Establish, Implement & Maintain QHSE management system in coordination with process owners and
project members to improve systems, developing objectives/ KPIs, measuring & monitoring its
performance in line with ISO & OSHAS Standards.
* Development and maintaining of HSE logs and documentation according to the projects, workshop
and regulatory requirements.
* Monitoring of CCTV cameras; Fire Alarm System; Workshop Machineries; Electrical Circuits (DB’s).
* Site safety Visits to ensure safety compliance.
* Weekly and Monthly HSE statistics of the Projects and factory
* Monthly HSE Officers meetings in Head office.
* Monthly toolbox talks in Sites and Factory
* Training of Supervisors
* Monthly Camp Inspections
* Vehicle inspections and training of drivers on regular intervals
* Ensuring compliance with D.M waste management and environment regulations.
* Coordinate and communicate with client and other stakeholders on Project HSE issues (if required).
* Coordination with clinic and hospitals on medical cases.
• Preparing, reviewing & updating documents such as policies, manual, procedures, process chart, work
instructions, formats and Project quality/ HSE Plan & work procedures etc.
• Establish, schedule and perform project/process HSEQ audit and inspection program, in cooperation
with project/ process execution Team and prepare the reports.
• Develop and implement project HSE Training Plan, ensure that training records, monitor the
effectiveness of Safety induction and Tool Box talks.
• Ensure and Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation. Coordinate and communicate with client
and other stakeholders on Project HSE issues.
• Active participation in establishing Task Risk Assessment, & execution of works ensuring appropriate
control measures are in place.
• Develop emergency management system as project requirements and ensure the adequacy of
emergency preparedness & response plan
• Organizing and conduct HSEQ Training and seminars to improve the team awareness. Ensure the
compliance of HSE - legal and other statutory requirements
• Organizing HSE meetings internally and attending with clients as project requirements
• Conduct onsite audits, observe HSE regulations, ensure use of PPEs and safety equipment, and
implement safe working practices.
• Support and guide discipline supervisors/ engineers for performing their job safely
• Establish Permit to Work System and manage and train relevant personnel
• Report the performance status of Project HSE and relevant issues to the Team Members
• Provide technical and administrative direction and support to all HSEQ decisions, which bear critical
importance to overall Divisions objectives, and targets.

in Zublin Ground as a HSE Coordinator. The Zublin Group have their safety officers
working on this project I am Visiting twice a week on site.
