Roles & Responsibilities:

Promotes HSE awareness through various communication channels i.e. TBT, inductions, permit to work system, training, campaigns, flyers, discussions, emails etc. in consultation with all relevant departments.

Undertake HSE inspections internally and with third parties (contractors) as per the approved inspection program of the company.

Follows up on the preventive and corrective actions identified during the inspections.

Develop, facilitate and review HSE risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities in consultation with the operations team.

Develops, implements and encourages the behavioral based safety culture in the organization.

Actively participate in the HSE incident investigations and prepare required reports in consultation with management.

Report all relevant information to management promptly and accurately. Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.

Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail, correctness and accuracy with good use of English and technical terminology.

• Conduct engaging Toolbox Talks (TBT) on diverse topics tailored to site activities, enhancing team awareness and compliance.
• Supervise and implement robust HSE policies, ensuring a safe work environment and adherence to regulations.
• Proactively track and resolve health, safety, and environmental deficiencies, demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement.
• Perform regular inspections of firefighting, safety, and emergency response equipment, ensuring readiness and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain safety equipment and facilities in optimal condition, fostering a culture of safety and preparedness.
• Develop and oversee inspection and preventive maintenance programs, establishing efficient record-keeping systems for accountability and tracking.

• Organize and facilitate Toolbox Talks (TBT) on diverse topics tailored to site activities, enhancing team awareness and engagement.
• Supervise, monitor, and uphold standard HSE policies, ensuring compliance and fostering a safety-first culture.
• Proactively track and resolve health, safety, and environmental deficiencies, ensuring timely completion of all action items.
• Conduct regular inspections of firefighting, safety, and emergency response equipment, guaranteeing operational readiness.
• Maintain safety equipment and facilities in optimal condition, promoting a safe working environment.
• Implement inspection and preventive maintenance programs, establishing efficient record-keeping systems for improved safety management.
