Maintaining a list of customer from outside through visiting new sites and villas
•Taking measurement with exact details of the site
•Making design (for kitchen .wardrobes .vanity)appropriate with opinion of the customer
•Providing quality assistance to all clients in the showroom
•Working with team and assisting team with following up the production and the installation of the product
•Ensure that the customer receives the required product in a good condition
•Build up customer relationships and ongoing optimization of service processes
Greet all customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, including answering phones and directing customer inquiries.
•Maintain integrity of store operating procedures to include: opening, closing, inventory, point of sale paperwork/record keeping, maintaining store standards/appearance in work areas.
•Meet sales goals and maintain high customer service scores.
•Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and process transactions for Service & Repair customers.
•Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.
Attending customers and doing full customer services
•Giving product information to customers
•Focus on selling and up selling
•Work as a team with co-workers to achieve personal and store goals
•Monitor aged stock and pre-plan stock replenishment for each season
