My main job responsibilities are focused on material procurement for the project, vendor identification/evaluation, RFQ’s, solicitation of offer’s, comparative Bid analysis & Price negotiations for Management approval, sourcing of labor subcontractors, Order Processing using SAP System by uploading signed Subcontract Agreements in a form of SAP Value Contracts, Contract Cash flow monitoring of all Subcontractor's. It also involves creation of SAP Vendor for new Vendor’s and updates, SAP material’s, Purchase Orders, processing and monitoring of Project Purchase Requisition as raised in the system, generating of Purchase Order history reports and overseeing of subcontractor's payment status. Updating Subcontractor’s Statement of Final Account in SAP for every subcontract works completed. In addition, my task also includes providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to SAP-related issues that SAP users encounter at the site office.
Provide assistance for the preparation of draft Subcontract Agreements, Contract Amendments, Change Orders, Letter of Awards and Letter of Intent to the awarded Subcontractor’s/Supplier’s, nominated by the client or as instructed by ACC’s management for Building Constructions, Infrastructures and Industrial Projects as per the draft Sub-Contract Agreement template, Project specifications/Contract drawings by following FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) contracts condition guidelines.
Monitor project drawings and ensure that the latest revisions and approval status is timely updated and superseded drawings are segregated.
Submit proposed material technical data, method statements and material samples for Client approval.
Ensure the quality of documents as per compliance to the established procedures and updates.
Maintain data control registers/documents for incoming and outgoing project documents.
Ensure distribution of all hard and electronic copy of documents is delivered to all necessary recipients.
Filing, cataloguing, email correspondences and implementation of QDMS as per ISO Quality Standard
End Product: Base plates of the computer hard disk system
Monitor casting, annealing, and debarring, blasting and e-coating process of base plate’s products.
Distribute manpower to process area that requires support.
Responsible for monitoring of all incoming and outgoing stock materials and inventory from the storage area.
Oversee each process system procedure to avoid noncompliance and substandard quality to prevent repetition and negative feedbacks from clients.
Strictly implement NIDEC ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and the 5S methods.
Supervise approximately 150 production operators including line leaders and QA inspector in Die-Casting and E-coating departments.
Monthly preliminary maintenance of all machines, casting machines, blasting machines annealing machines, overhead cranes, forklift etc.
Daily monitoring of all machine checklist equipment.
Prepare and submit of daily production reports and equipment status.
Participate in quality meetings and counter measures activities.
Preserve zero production breakdown loss, zero accident working status and achieve the daily production quota.
Casting of 500 kilograms aluminum sows by pouring it into the steel mold material using overhead cranes.
Pre-operational checkup of all casting machines before casting.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical problems that occur during casting operations.
Assist operators in charging and preparation of furnaces using forklift trucks.
Charge 5 tons of crucible filled with high purity metal in the furnace using overhead cranes.
Cast 25 kilograms of aluminum ingot by means of Gautchi machines.
Skim dross, monitor semi-automatic banding machine and weighing process during casting.
Assure quality of ingot’s physical appearance, proper sizes and texture quality of surface.
Accumulate all finished products in the lay down area using forklift trucks
