• Responsible in Requesting Materials through SAP (System, Application and Products in Database) specifically stock and non-stock material.
• Responsible in creating GOOD RECEIPT through SAP once the material has been delivered and received by the authorized person in site.
• Responsible in booking Equipment through SAP (System, Application and Products in Database).
• Generates Daily Report (progress and program of work, manpower and equipment).
• Generates Weekly Progress Report for Consultant and Management.
• Updating Weekly Cost Statement through PRIMAVERA (P3 & P6 version).
• Responsible in preparing and updating Level 1 & 3 Program Schedules.
• Generates Monthly Report for Consultant including progress report, progress photos, Histogram for manpower and equipment, S Curve for Interim Payment Certificate and PRIMAVERA Project Planning for the progress of work.

• Responsible in Requesting Free Issue Material (RFIM) for the materials needed at site.
• Generates a letter (Outgoing Correspondence) as a way of communication with the Consultant.
• Generates Request for Information (RFI) if there is any obstruction, information, approval or proposal to be send to Consultant.
• Generates Submittal form to the Consultant including Test Report, Monthly Report and As Built Drawing.
• Responsible for the presentation of weekly and monthly report to Client which includes the summarized details of HSE Performance Statistics, Method of Statement, Shop Drawings, Material and Machinery Status & Project Milestone.


Projects Handled and Participated
• R.A.K. Sewerage System Contract I & II, a milestone in the Emirates rapid and planned Urban Development. These contracts involves laying a gravity flow main trunk line and long branch sewerage pipeline linking a total of more than 8000 residential and commercial properties in Nakheel and Ras Al Khaimah City.
