Roles & Responsibilities:
• Managed and supported 2 teams having 8+ members (vendor/client)
• Ensured the team is organized and focused on what matters aligning to the project/workstream requirements.
• Worked with the Leadership team & Product team and developed a healthy backlog

Roles & Responsibilities of QA manager/Scrum master:
• Part of the QA Management team with specific focus on Resource and Delivery management for a team size of 70+ FTE's mainly QA with different expertise spread across regions India, UK, Singapore, Switzerland, China
• Part of Operational activities related to Project Code creation, Allocation, Budgeting and Invoicing, Resourcing, Travelling, Margin Improvement, Opportunity management etc
• Worked very closely with Operational teams to ensure the requirements are met
• Engaged with Client Management team / business users and conducted release demo as per MVP definition
• Performed role of QA manager defining & implementing Team Strategy involving many interfacing applications for manual and automation projects
• Played the role of Scrum Master for various teams along with Active participation in PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt and other Agile Ceremonies
• Determining, negotiating, and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications
• Performed the role of People Manager which includes mentoring, regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions
