Managing Sales tax related activity from filing of returns till closing assessement for entire group Companies.

Clearance of Customer Service Delivery Proposals and monitoring w.r.t. AOP
Ensuring implementation of policies on WWE, like clawback and bad debts and providing ongoing MIS
Ensuring payment to direct Channel like DSA, etc.
Appointing CRO Collection Agents, and responsible for recovery of money from CRO customers.
Ensuring timely and correct mapping of customers to Channel and mapping correctness across all systems; steering 100% Collections from Channel v/s last months billing.
