 Managing Sales tax related activity from filing of returns till closing assessement for entire group Companies.
 Monitoring AOP with respect to Revenue, EBIDTA, ROCE and PAT analysis of variances and giving decision support to Business Team.
 Leading Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Team.
 Validating commercial aspects w.r.t. Product Pricing.
 Tower Sharing-Commercial Clearance, Invoicing and Collection.
 Responsible for analyzing Revenue: ARPU Trends, RPM, VAS Roaming, etc.
 Analysing line item of cost and executing major cost reduction exercise.
 Looking after reconciliation of Financial Accounts and checking whether correct booking is done (i.e. with respect to GL and cost center).
 Evaluating Tariff & business CAPEX proposals; implementing new business process across Prepaid and Post-paid business.
 Entering agreements, receiving deposit, evaluating credit limits and monitoring the distributor’s accounts; ensuring budgetary controls on schemes against approval from NHQ, and analysing actual vs. budgeted expenditure.
 Validation and Clearance of Bulk Corporate Sales orders.
 Clearance of Customer Service Delivery Proposals and monitoring w.r.t. AOP
 Ensuring implementation of policies on WWE, like clawback and bad debts and providing ongoing MIS
 Ensuring payment to direct Channel like DSA, etc.
 Appointing CRO Collection Agents, and responsible for recovery of money from CRO customers.
 Ensuring timely and correct mapping of customers to Channel and mapping correctness across all systems; steering 100% Collections from Channel v/s last months billing.
