• Responsible to facilitate an exceptional first-day employee experience, and provide support to the business on an on-boarding process that builds employee engagement and fosters an effective, smooth transition into the organization. Continually assess orientation and on-boarding programs and processes, and recommendations for enhancement.

• Ensure employees’ salaries, overtime allowances and deductions are accurately processed by the end of each month using HRIS software.

• Responsible to integrate and automate HR Operation policies and processes online in the HRIS software and handle entire employee life cycle.

• Promote a positive work environment and execute on strategies that build and enhance corporate culture, which may include the planning and management of team member networking events, training sessions, employee gatherings, employee recognition programs and team building activities.

• Support and assist employees in interpreting and resolving their complaints and concerns. Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with company.

• Act with independence for any HR-related questions regarding benefits, HR policy interpretation, employee reviews, disciplinary actions and other topics.

• Responsible to adhere to health and safety standards as per UAE law through regular training programs and conduct inspection at various work site and accommodation through our third-party vendor.

• Partner with business and VP-HR & Admin on the Annual Performance Management cycle, which may include employee communications, calculation of scores, analysis and timely follow-up in order to ensure that all milestones occur according to the defined performance management timelines.

• Policy formulation for a wide span of human resources related activities including, job evaluation, compensation and benefits, time and attendance, leave management, business travel, separation, recruitment and staff development.

• Responsible to maintain employee-related databases, leaves and attendance. Prepares periodic reports such as headcount, attrition, time and attendance reports, violations reports and business travel per diem.

• Assist with special projects and deliverable, which include assignments such as, training need analysis, annual leave planner, change management, designing organizational structure, designing job description, bench-marking employees’ s salary and other staff developmental initiatives in support of the business.
