Directly reporting to and working exclusively with the CEO & CFO whilst maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity, managing the day-to-day affairs of the organization and diffusing disputes as and when required.

- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions across varied platforms
- Design and implementation of custom reports critical to effective Business decisions
- Collating, organizing, and storing information using digital filing systems
- Successful coordination of the rebranding initiative on ground - from planning to implementation, while working closely with the overseas designer
- Vendor management, sourcing services/products, issuing POs and approvals on payment
- Supervising the admin team and task delegation
Responsible for managing the office of the Global CFO of the Real Estate and Infrastructure Department and providing support to the Regional CFOs. Have also efficiently stepped in to manage the office of the Deputy Director of the Department.

- Arranging complex and detailed International travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation and road show logistics. Travel has always been fluid with last minute changes being the norm and requiring immediate rework and reschedule
- Extensive internal and external meeting scheduling; building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders and counterparts
- Successfully managing busy and ever evolving diaries; proactively managing the change in schedules
- Corporate documentation and correspondence
- Performing a wide range of Executive Secretarial duties using considerable independent judgment in making decisions

- The Interview Schedules were lined up to cover two days including dinner and lunch with the relevant team members
- Have very successfully managed an average of ten Candidates a month.
- Onboarding coordinator
- To make certain the Workstation was allocated and the required hardware and programs in place prior to the date of joining of a new hire
- Meetings setup with HR & IT for completion of necessary formalities and signoffs
- Department wide broadcast with the Profile of the new hire was sent a day in advance of DOJ
- Department Training Coordinator
- Ensuring all staff met their training requirements for the year
- Department specific trainings were identified and arranged
- Departmental Intranet management
- Warranting the Department staff profiles were updated regularly based on hires, leavers and promotions; all this while following the approved template for the department
- Event management including Departmental Offsites, Iftar/Suhoor & hosting our Business Partners from across the globe
- Stock Management and Inventory
