1.Responsible for contract/PO payment terms interpretation in order to issue invoice based on contract/PO terms and customer’s requirement.
2.Monitoring invoice signed back from customer to meet the requirements of internal audit.
3.Work as contact person for the whole South-east Africa region, to solve the query from upstream and downstream department, and also to develop billing solution for special business scenarios.
4.Uninvoice and unbilled AR clearance. Analysis history contract/PO background and the data in different internal systems to clear the uninvoice, and the unbilled AR.
2011/7-2012/7: Contract Management Dep.-China
1.As a team leader to arrange daily work to ensure the platform business goes smoothly.
2.Business includes efficiency promotion, KPI report, processes& IT, internal control, Knowledge management and quality management.
20010/4-2011/7: Promotion of Finance Transform Project-Oversea countries
The company level finance transform project has been deployed in over 150 countries, covering pre-sales, Commerce, finance, Delivery and IT department. I worked for the commercial module to promote this project in Morocco, India, US, and Canada.

1.Contract interpretation of French and English terms, to identify the risk clause to ensure that the terms of the changes, billing, and acceptance can perform.
2.As a business module leader in France team, to develop the work of the group working mechanism, staff coordination, and operational improvements.
