• Involvement in planning the hardware requirement of the servers, storage and implementing new technologies to improve simplicity, production and security of the Domain

Providing the Premier Critical Situation support for the Exchange server Enterprise customers of Microsoft. Support includes all technical aspects of Exchange environment.

• Installation, Migration and Configuration of Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, 2007 and 2010
• Providing support to customers for Microsoft cloud-based technologies like Office 365 and BPOS
• Managing Mailbox, Hub-Transport and CAS servers
• Troubleshooting Autodiscover, OAB, OWA, Activesync, EWS,
• Administering & Trouble shooting of Message Routing, Message Tracking etc
• Backup and restoration of Information Store.
• Recovering Mailboxes from backup media
• Performing Root cause analysis for high Severity incidents
• Replicate customer environments to reproduce and troubleshoot customer issues
• Verify bugs logged against products
• Provide creative solutions to assist and resolve customer issues
• Implementing Microsoft best practices as per customer environment requirements.
• Knowledge in Ticketing tools - Service Center, Remedy, MS solve

To provide the Level 3 support for the Microsoft Exchange server. Support includes all technical aspects of Exchange environment.

• Installation and Configuration of Microsoft Exchange Server 2003
• Troubleshooting Internal and External Mail flow issues.
• Backup and restoration of Information Store. Recovering Mailboxes from backup media
• Installation & Monitoring of Trend Micro Scan Mail Anti Virus pattern update
• Performing Root cause analysis for high Severity incidents
• Administering & Trouble shooting of Message Routing, Message Tracking (Message Labs ) etc.
• Managing Archiving using Symantec Enterprise vault servers and providing archiving solutions.
• Managing OCS servers and creating sip accounts for the users.
• Managing and troubleshooting Blackberry issues
