Working as Project Manager from July-2007 as part of Business Development Team for Sisco Al-Jabr Talke Ltd, Al-Jubail, KSA, which is a Saudi-German joint venture Project, which is a Petrochemical logistic service provider for the Liquid & Solid Petrochemical industries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The responsibilities include such as bidding various Petrochemical Projects including ARAMCO, SABIC & SABIC affiliated projects in KSA/ GCC with responsibility including such as Evaluation of inquiries, Site visits, Discussions on Conceptual designs & layouts, Commercial, Technical and Execution proposal, Project Execution Plan, Planning & Scheduling, Preparation of ITB, Coordination with various agencies & other sections.
Project Management- Engineering & construction, Project execution, Technical support for the Operation & Maintanance of Liquid & Solid Petrochemical product handling & Logistics facilities.

Current Assignment:-

Working as Technical Manager for Handling & Distribution for the Liquid Petrochemical Products for one of the SABIC companies as part of contract between the two companies for a period of 5 years. Presently involved in the team for the commission & startup of Liquid Product handling unit of the plant. The responsibility involves Safety, to provide all Technical support for the Operation & Maintenance of the various Liquid material handling lines, to develop the S O Ps for handling hazardous & dangerous materials. This facility includes two Liquid Drumming lines, Liquid product loading stations, Raw Liquid Product unloading stations, weigh bridge operation and the coordination with DCS operation.

•Worked as Construction Manager’ as part of the Project Management for the construction of Petrochemical Logistic Ware house Facility-Project for a Saudi American joint venture company at the commercial Port in Jubail. This is a EPCM Project and the project is to Build & Operate the Logistics facility for Polymer exports and it mainly include two positive pressure maintained warehouses at around 66, 00 sq. meter covered area, container yards, open area, LPG tank & Dispenser system, Diesel Tank & Dispenser system and Access control system.Was responsible for the construction of the dust free Petrochemical logistic Facility and the project was successfully completed on time as per the schedule without any Loss man hours.

Previous Asssgnment: (From 2007 to 2009)

•Worked as Project Manager for Construction of Sisco Al-Jabr Talke’s Own Logistics Facility at the commercial Port, Al Jubail, which includes Project Management, Planning & Scheduling, Procurement, Evaluation of various Contractors/ Sub Contractors, ITB Preparation, Contract Agreements, Cost Estimates, maintain Quality & Safety Standards, PEP, Execution & commissioning etc. The Logistic facility includes Silos, Silo buildings, Warehouses, Container yard, Open storage area, Packaging lines and administration building. The facility is for handling Petrochemical products
such as Polypropylene, Poly ethylene and Polystyrene products and it includes Silo building with a volume of 380 m3 each, loading pipes and loading units, other machines are Bagging machines, Palletizing machines, Shrink hood machines, Bulk Thrower, conveyor belts, Transformers, Compressor, pumps and fire fighting equipments, two ware houses of 13, 000 sq meter, open storage area, container yard, all housed in a land of 100, 000 sq. meter for storing and logistics.
