I served as Team leader for Credo Collaboration Action Team in 2011. Launched Mysite as an effective collaboration and networking tool within the IT community.

I extended the service life of a legacy system like PS2000 (HR information System) by finding innovative methods of troubleshooting in the absence of any supportive vendors or developers.

I was promoted to Senior Analyst after a successful move project from Dubai World Trade Center office to the present Dubai Healthcare City office. I ensured the SOX controls are properly designed and controlled. Learned DOS programming to implement a DOS based secure menu system for Oracle DOS client.
I setup an offsite disaster recovery location initially in J&J Zug office and then in DAFZA for Oracle 10g based ERP server.
I was responsible for ensuring more than 100 senior executives had mission critical access to their blackberry and mobile telephony services from etisalat.

I led the local Windows 2000 deployment team through evaluation, pilot, and implementation for entire Johnson & Johnson Middle East. Insisted on maintaining a standardized Desktop environment with no installation rights for users. This resulted in minimal support issues and requiring only two support engineers for a long time.
I Installed IT infrastructure and support systems onsite for J&J scientific office in Jeddah. Remote support for users was done from Dubai for 6 months till on site engineers were recruited.

I Successfully implemented an offsite ERP backup site in Zug office as per Audit requirement for Oracle 6 ERP system.
