Handling the store as the front line Duty Manager and liaising with the Operations Manager in monitoring the standard operating procedures of the store. Giving refresher and up-to-date trainings on POS and COMS system. Monitoring the cash handling transactions in the cash counter, especially during exchange and refund. Communicating and coordinating with the brand merchandisers and warehouse team for stock issues and ordering. Creating a positive working relationship and environment by motivating the staff through performance recognition that’s included on daily briefings and giving information on business plans. Brain storming with the management and visual merchandisers regarding coming up with innovative ideas on store set up and display in order to attract customers and achieve business targets.
