Responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies.
• Search for vacant positions, through proactive search (job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, internal website) etc. Utilize variety of research techniques to identify
quality candidates with relevant skills and conduct assessments centers at all levels.
• Responsible for researching candidates for Robert Walters including Screening, interviewing, assessing and evaluating candidates’ skills, capabilities and
personalities as well as conducting reference checks when required.
