As a control systems engineer I am involved in DCS/PLC programming, HMI Development, hardware design, software design, maintain quality, ensure that deliverables are met before the deadline and conduct FAT's.
At INTECH, I have handled amongst others following assignments:
• Conducted FAT for 'Wonderware InTouch & PLC5 Upgradation' project at INTECH Head Office in Houston, Texas, USA.
• Development on RSLogix 5 software for Allen Bradley PLC5.
• Development on Honeywell SafetyManager R145.1.
• Development on Honeywell Experion R500.
• Developed HMI’s on Honeywell HMI Webbuilder.
• Configured Modbus Communication.
• Development on RSLogix 5000 software for Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC.
• HMI development on softwares such as FactoryTalk View ME, FactoryTalk View SE, ICONICS, iX Developer, Wonderware InTouch.
• Worked on Bentley Nevada 1701 Vibration Monitoring System.
• Tested PLC and HMI application using RSTest software.

*Wonderware InTouch & PLC5 Upgradation - Diamond Offshore, USA
Responsible for hardware design in order incorporate the network upgrade from DH+ to Ethernet, Upgradation/development of HMI on Wonderware InTouch and development on RSLogix5 inorder to incorporate the diagnostics of new hardware and F&G system. In addition I successfully conducted the FAT of this project at INTECH Head Office, Houston, USA

• Worked on development of workflows for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module and trained end users on use of CRM.
