5. Developed and implemented procurement strategies to ensure the availability of high-quality spare parts, while minimizing costs and reducing lead times.
6. Prepare data or reports to support purchase strategy and cost down analysis.
7. Prepare procurement reports and vendor evaluation.
8. Leading and supervising a team consisting of a procurement engineer and 2 purchasing
specialist.
1) Responsible for sourcing, selection and negotiation with suppliers to strive for the best
commercial and delivery terms
2) Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and
commercial specifications required
3) Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions
4) In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up
on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules
5) Manage purchasing cycle including request for quotation, PO creation, PO follow up,
goods receipt and supplier billing
6) Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
7) Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which the
quotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements.
8) Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and
ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.

● Job Description
1) As a CKD production Engineer, I was responsible for around 90 labourer (mechanics
and electrician)
2) I was responsible for getting all assembly process of the disassembled parts in busses
chassis coming from Mercedes and other suppliers
3) Responsible for reporting feedback to improve the production process to be done
smoothly and with minimum
4) I was also responsible for any negotiations with Design departments for any design
issues noticed during the production process
