• RECEIVING RECRUITMENT JOB REQUEST FORMS FROM DEPARTMENTS.
• BUILDING RECRUITMENT DATA BASE FROM THE SCRATCH.
• PREPARE & UPDATE DIFFERENT RECRUITMENT FORMS (APPLICATIONS FORM, STAFF REQUISITION FORM, JOB OFFERS, EXIT INTERVIEWS, PERIOD HIRING PLAN ETC)
• UPDATE DATABASE AND ALL REQUIRED ADMINISTRATION.
• MAINTAIN UP-TO-DATE AND ACCURATE CANDIDATE DATA ON RECRUITMENT DATABASE.
• SUPERVISING HIRING AND RESIGNATIONS WITH ALL DOCUMENTATION AND PROCEDURES.
• REVIEWING AND CHECKING THE ACTUAL ATTENDANCE BASED ON THE ACTUAL LISTS PREPARED BY SUPERVISORS IN ALL DEPARTMENTS TO ASSURE THE REAL ABSENCE AND REPORTING IT
• PREPARE WEEKLY REPORT & MONTHLY REPORT THEN SEND IT TO VICE PRESIDENT HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION & LINE MANAGERS
• PREPARING ANNUAL EVALUATION WITH EACH DEPARTMENT AND RECORD ITS DATA, SENDING IT TO H.Q AND FILL THE HARD COPY ON EACH WORKER FILE WITH THE HR ASSISTANT.
• MANAGE THE RESPONSE TO CANDIDATES ON DESIGNATED VACANCIES.
• PERFORM THE FIRST SCREENING TO FILTER QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR INTERVIEWS, AND PROVIDES ALL INFORMATION ABOUT COMPANY, OUR BUSINESS STRATEGY, DEPARTMENT BACKGROUND JOB DESCRIPTION, SPECIFIC LINE MANAGER AND EXPECTATION.
• MANAGE AND UPDATE THE MANPOWER AND MONITOR THE BUDGET FOR ALL DEPARTMENTS
• Receive the promotions for employees from departments and take the necessary and to ensure Implementing on system.
• Oversee and monitor the Orientation plan for new hires.
• Prepare statistical reports upon request.
Personnel & Employees relation:
• Sharing in establishing and Developing HR department: Manpower, Documentation, and Policies & Procedures in compliance with the Egyptian labor Law.
• Review and upgrade the yearly evaluation process across the group for all functions.
• Taking ownership and full responsibility of training sessions in case of absence for the training officer.
• Responsible for payroll Procedure including review employees attendance and compare it with vacations, missions &excuses manually, add & deducts days due from last month, calculate under working hours & the over time, applying rewards & penalties
