Manage employee-employer relationship, overseeing employee relations. This involves receiving
and effectively handling employee complaints, and responding to employee violations of policy
and generally helps to resolve conflict in the workplace.
- Responsible for making corporate deals with different entities (hotels, restaurants, gyms…. etc)
that the employees may benefit from.
- Responsible for the transportation process of employees, that includes solving any issues that may
occur and handling their invoices with the accounting department.
- Responsible for the medical insurance (from June 2016 till January 2018 Metlife/ February 2018
till present wit AXA), including issuing medical cards for new hires and their families, handling
claims and chronic treatments, and quarterly invoices.
- Following up with Marketing Department on preparing business cards design and after then with
Purchasing departments on the printing process.
- Creating job profiles for entire departments.
- Supervising office boys and their supplies.
- Re-constructing the company’s kitchen, purchasing needed equipment and hiring required staff.
- Overseeing employee exit Process, facilitating the layoff, firing or departure process of employees
who leave voluntarily and assisting with firing decisions and notification of termination.
- Ensuring that the work process is familiar with personnel rules, and labor laws.
- Responsible for the social insurance.
- Acting as a liaison between the company, labor and social insurance offices.
- Responsible for the data entry of the employees on Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Printing company IDs.
- Creating, maintaining and updating employee files.
- Handling the hiring process with other human resources staff members to complete the hiring
process. This includes completing and filing all hiring paperwork.

conducting initial screening interviews, both telephone and personal; making hiring
recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria.
- Calculate the monthly payroll for more than 200 employees.
- Calculate the monthly attendance and absenteeism percentage.
- Document all employees' hiring, termination, performance evaluation, and investigations
according to the labor office regulations and company policy.
- Handling all procedures for the newly hired employees.
- Conduct an investigation process for violations to any of the company’s polices.
- Coordinate with the insurance office to complete all employees' social insurance processes.
- Coordinate with the labor office regarding hiring, investigations, termination processes to ensure
that there no violation for the labor law.
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, (newspapers, websites,
magazines, and social media).
- Headhunting, identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
- Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants.
- Briefing the candidate about their responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
- Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with
managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
