Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for studying and enhancing the current IT Infrastructure environment.
• A Day-to-day operation to ensure the normal operations of all Storage / Backup systems / Data Center Operations.
• Administering VxRail & EMC Integrated Data Protection Appliance (IDPA) "Avamar and Data Domain" for backup systems.
• Administering Office365 & Azure AD & OneDrive & Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Portal.
• Administering Windows (2012-2016) & Oracle Linux Servers and virtualization systems hardware software, and network Using VMware ESXi 6.7 & vCenter & NSX & vSAN and vRealize suite.
• Administering Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) using horizon 7 and Dell Wyse Management suite for Dell thin clients.
• Administering AD GPO implementation and troubleshooting, MS clustering, file, print, DHCP and DNS Servers.
• Administering & configuring and maintaining Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus & Password Manager Pro & Event Log Analyzer & Log360 & AD Audit Plus.
• Administering Symantec endpoint protection manager and Cisco Meraki cloud solution for Wireless Access points.
• Administering Lincor for tv streaming & marketing and Spok for Paging Solutions.
• Administering Canon Uniflow secure print environment for paper printers and managing Label and Wristband printers.
• Administering Access Card Systems & Card printers and punch in machines.
• Management of HP/Dell/Cisco UCS etc... Servers and Blade systems & ITIL Change/Incident Management Awareness.

• Administering Netapp SAN & NAS & COMMVAULT for backup system.
• Administering Bitdefender Gravity Zone & Cisco ESA IronPort Email Gateway.
• Administering Windows Servers & Red hat Linux Servers & Hyper-V Environment & Exchange 2013.
• Administering MS NLB, MS clustering, file, print, DHCP and DNS, WSUS Servers.
• Management of HP/Dell/Cisco UCS etc... Servers and Blade systems & ITIL Change/Incident Management Awareness.
• Provide support throughout the proposal development cycle and support with research, editing, and quality checks to ensure tenders are issued with terms and conditions that satisfy local standards along with adherence to the IT Strategy.

providing solutions to any problem faced by customers via phone, email, Remote Sessions using HP LMI System.
• Service center engineer's assistance by advising them through clear action plans for the steps they need to follow.
