Responsible for the trade marketing activities across the different channels nationwide including customers’ visibility and TPE (Trade promotion expenses), in line with the overall Trade Marketing and Communication strategy in having customer satisfaction as main priority.
• Managing in-life product performance: sales, margin, and churn, conducting extensive numerical analysis. • Identifying and presenting innovative and creative product solutions. • Project management of all product integration/launches/changes throughout implementation. • Identifying the business & operational requirements based upon the business requirements and Product’s objectives. • Coordinating and building strong working relations with various internal organizations including; IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, & Operations. • Leading the development, approval, training, and communication of new products/product changes and their associated customer, operational, system, & process impacts to the various internal organizations. • Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.

Responsible for achieving revenues in accordance with agreed targets, renewal rates and any sales budget. Also in charge of overcoming any initial customer objections, and then pulling them into a conversation about the company's products.

• Keeping abreast of changes in the marketplace and watching competitor activity.
• Developing and managing sales teams to deliver commercial and operational results.
• Develop partnerships with third parties and external organizations.
• Keeping accurate statistical information and records.
• Marketing and selling to clients both face to face as well as over the Internet & telephone.
• Making sure that junior employees reach their full potential through constant evaluation, coaching and training.
• Selling big ticket services and solutions. .
• Working hard to maintain a good working relationship with other company departments.
Key responsibilities:
• Leading the overall digital marketing campaigns strategy and implementation with the key multinational accounts.
• Develop and support the preparation of presentations, submissions and recommendations to enable the senior management to make informed investment decisions.
• Work with various functions (business development, financial, tax and commercial) to advance opportunities.
• Overseeing the company's marketing communication activities and calendar.
• Suggests and apply recommendations to enhance marketing and sales strategies.
• Develops and implements internal and external surveys and reports results.
• Other Ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.
Key responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, evaluate and report key business KPIs to increase sales productivity and efficiency.
• Accountable for processing & preparing daily weekly & monthly Sales Dashboard Reports.
• Analyze and evaluate agreed on KPIs against sales quotas, while identifying reasons for variance.
• Conducting a training sessions for sales reps/customer service for new products and services.
• Prepare and analyze monthly sales commissions.
• Marketing diploma.
