- Studying all the tender documents, project specifications, drawings and contract conditions.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and other tender documents for competitive project tender submission.
- Preparing basic tender enquiry subcontract documents, packages trade specific containing only relevant contractual information, specifications, drawings and bills of quantities.
- Reviewing quantities for structural & architectural items.
- As per scope of work preparing Subcontractors / suppliers tender lists (RFQ log) or following approved vendor list if available.
- Issuing and processing request for quotations (RFQ) to subcontractors / suppliers for the purpose of bidding with clear return date.
- Issuing the RFQ report to the Estimator, the Estimation Manager and the Senior Commercial Manager once all packages have been issued.
- Preparing RFI / Tender query for any missing data or drawings or information to be issued to Client.
- Receive, manage and resolve tender queries / clarifications from subcontractors / suppliers.
- Following up and keeping subcontractors / suppliers updated with tender and Post tender clarifications, addendums, etc and holding meetings.
- Analyzing and comparing all Quotations received from the subcontractors / suppliers as per specifications & requirements and providing recommendation to relevant parties.
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to make sure their proposals achieve optimum quality, cost & terms as per tender specifications and drawings, if require holding meeting also.
- Coordinating all post bid submission processes in order to ensure successful resolution of all issues.

- Preparation of weekly Man hour report.
- Reviewing weekly manpower cost report to ensure that rate and hours are
properly input.
- Responsible for the collection and collation of time sheet.
- Coordinate with quantity survey and planning departments to get construction
data i.e. quantity of work performed weekly with respect to scope of work and
compared it with quantities supplied by site on daily cost reports.
- Participated in updating and reporting MMR (monthly management report) to
managers.
- Involved in produce weekly and monthly cost report for Manger.
- Review cost to complete and to ensure that all purchases are within the budget
and prepare prolongation summary in breakdown form for over budgeted items
and provide it to the construction project management.
• Extraction of quantities for structural and architectural items such as Excavation, P.C and R.C raft & wall, beams, Column, Block work, slabs, finishing works etc. from the design drawing and comparative study with the BOQ for tender submission.
• Preparing Payment Certificates and bills for sub-contractor, finalizing sub-contractor claims by checking and certified quantity as per drawing as well as from the executed work at site.
• Studying / Analysis of Project BOQ items break down, Variation Orders and
Claims.
- Responsible for executing several blocks of villas, including concrete and finishing works.
- Supervision and execution of work in accordance to Tech. Specification and drawings.
- Compliance to Quality systems, Management systems and safety standards.
- Corresponding to Management, Consultant and Client.
- Estimation of Quantities, Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule as per drawings.
- Ensure availability of construction material proactively to ensure completion of activities as per agreed schedule.
