Projects Training: Conducted training for students of masters class on the topic of Time Management. In the training some tools and techniques were discussed for effective time management in daily life. Management: Took part in management team of organizing a seminar on ‘Entrepreneurship’. Listed all activities, tasks cost and contingencies that might occur at the day of seminar and how to manage them. Human Resource Management: Project on HRM to enhance the knowledge about whole HRM system of an organization and I have conducted my work on Rewards and Benefits of that organization. Organizational Development Project: Main focus of the project was HRM of Izhar Groups .We also examined and observed different departments of the company. As the requirement of our project we had to intervene to the extent of our knowledge.
