Biding phase,
Evaluating tender risks and requirements from costumers, performing site visit, defining GE scope of works in detail, evaluating works cost risks etc.
Selecting carefully contractors and technical audit, reviewing Bill of quantities and set contractual Division of responsibility between stakeholders.
Performing technical engineering assessment as per needs and schedules, resources planning and selection also checking technical drawings etc.
Evaluating and assessing contractors offers, evaluating and negotiating scope and offers until final pre-contract agreement.

Execution phase,
Managing in general all execution, construction, until commissioning by supervising tightly contractors during all phases specially mobilization, then during construction and execution.
Following contractors on planning and scope of work executed, manpower selection according to type of works and complexity.
Supervising and assessing site activities and contractor including EHS, quality, progress, environment etc, supervising internally different steps needed for construction as Engineering, materials delivery etc, to allow smooth and continuous progress until final acceptance by costumer.
Assessing and validating with steakholders all contractors VO and contract amendments.

Supporting and managing site operation and maintenance activities in Ain Beni Mathar Thermo-solar power plant in Morocco, with 2 GT13 E2 and Steam turbine with total output of 475 MW.
Executing contractual obligations under o&m agreement with costumer.
Assisting and advising costumer on management of spare and critical parts.
Supervise activities of Planned, unplanned, and General maintenance on site.
Troubleshooting turbines logic with Egatrol and Alspa systems to solve operational issues.
Assist costumer after the PAC and manage warranty items for turbines.

Construction and commissioning Manager of the GE GT’s in Mohammadia site with 3 GT’s frame 9E, BOP and fuel tanks, with SOCOIN Power Engineering Company of Gas Natural Fenosa Group

Managing Gas pipeline operation and transport of NG with Pipeline length of 530 Km and 48 Inch from Algerian borders to Spain, covering submarine lines 2X22 inch on mechanical and civil parts
Managing tendering and contacting services, to cover in effective way without interruption Gas service through pipeline with respect of internal and international security and quality standards.
Managing pipeline internal inspection with the intelligent pig with GE Oil and Gas company to optimize and assess pipeline mechanical degradation on frequent basis as per standards.
Planning and supervising all civil and mechanical works and others that are needed to keep safe and reliable operation of an international pipeline
Engineering and supervising mechanical and civil works to feed new Power Plant with natural gas from GME Pipeline
