and other departments to manage aircraft turnaround, cargo loading, and passenger handling.

• Successfully managed nearly 240 aerodromes, including combined aviation facilities, helidecks, heliports, rigs, commercial
vessels, barges, and wellhead towers of ADNOC, ensuring annual compliance with local regulatory authorities for all previous
years.
• Lead ADNOC to ensure compliance of all airports and helidecks on their drilling rigs with local aviation regulatory (GCAA CAR HVD).
• Developed a well-organized and effective system thattracksthe required documents/test reportsfor all airports,
aerodromes, and offshore aviation facilities across various fields, aiming to minimize any possible deficiencies identified during
inspections. (DAS ISLAND, ZIRKU ISLAND and ARZANAH AIRPORT)
• Establishing a structured procedure to secure landing area acceptance, ensuring a safe and compliant aerodrome.
• Review aircraft recordsto determine discrepancy trends and specific problem areas.

• Safely managing passenger and cargo movements to and from helicopters, ensuring proper loading and unloading procedures
are followed.
• Support the refuelling process by assisting with safety checks and ensuring that refuelling operations are conducted in
accordance with strict safety protocols.
• Guiding and briefing helicopter crews and passengers on operational procedures, safety measures, and potential hazards before
each flight.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the helicopter crew and ground personnel.
• Ensuring that all ground movements are conducted in compliance with safety standards, avoiding any possibleincident.
• Maintaining the helipad area and itsfacilities in excellent condition for Helicopter operation.
• Coordinate with security personnel to ensure safe access and departure for VIP.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the flight crew, management, and external stakeholders.
• Flight support, arranging flight permits and compiling required documents accordingly with regulatory bodies
• Ensure the crew has all necessary resources for the successful operation of the flight (e.g., charts, flight plans, and navigation
tools).
• Ground handling activities, including aircraft servicing, baggage handling, and turnaround procedures, guaranteeing smooth
and timely operations.
• Assist with the coordination of aircraft fuelling, ground handling, and maintenance checks.

• Inspect and maintain the aircraft cabin components, including seats, carpets, overhead bins, lavatories, and galleys
• Perform repairs on cabin systems such as the air conditioning and pressurization systems, as well as electrical and lighting
systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with cabin equipment, such as entertainment systems and communication systems.
