•Identifying and resolving potential contract issues regarding payment milestones, warranties of delivered and installed materials, and service and maintenance provision. Delivered all projects before timeline with cost saving in average of 11 % per project site
•Managing the performance of diverse division functions, including routine vendor list preparation, vendor applications and updates, bid and specification preparation, compilation of surplus equipment lists and contract and records files maintenance
•Daily coordinating of company, vendor and subcontractor requirements for all company projects, ensuring contracts are established on time and material is delivered per contract specifications
•Coordinating production lead times with vendors for all offshore, onshore and coastal site construction material, effectively procuring materials on time and avoiding delays in construction or installation
•Organizing and lead 7 EPC teams for offshore, onshore and coastal platforms, gas facilities and refineries and successfully finalizing delivery for multiple offshore platforms, particularly fixed, compliant, floating and tension leg, and onshore facilities, together with overseeing timelines for feasibility studies, surveys, design, procurement, delivery and commissioning
•Preparing, issuing and being awarded tenders for complete EPC project ADCOP (Habshan-Fujairah), successfully delivering results to the client 4 months before established timeline, wth cost saving of 12 % on total project value.
•Developing and launching an integrated procurement and supply chain world-wide team, responsible for reducing the cost and unifying the vendor list; resulting in a cost reduction of $62.8M at 2014’s year-end
•Negotiating contracts with a steel constructions manufacturer, positively establishing the company as a top-priority customer for new material purchasing and manufacturing with 19 suppliers.
•Performing on-going vendor/market research, together with product and service profiling to identify and capitalize on new market needs ahead of the competition
•Establishing strong relations with all subcontractors, vendors and suppliers, positioning the company as a prioritized purchaser, ensuring all our products are received first and any potential delays are avoided
