-Responsible for warehouse management, in line with organizations policies
-Assign subordinates in their individual assignments
-Ensure that standard systems are properly maintained inside the warehouse
-Ensure that accurate and complete reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are properly maintained
-Responsible for consolidating documents for inbound and outbound
-Maintain the receipt of all arriving consignments
-Monitor the quantity and quality of commodity(ies) stored
-Carry out regular physical random warehouse checks of commodities and inventory
-Prepare and keep regular stock reports, tally sheets and other documentation needed
-Perform other related duties as required
