• VSAT Internet connectivity and Distribution.
• Installing ATA 186 /188 & FX mod Cisco VOIP phones
• Installing and Maintaining Microsoft SUS Servers / File servers.
• Technical support for Panasonic Field laptops / Printers etc..
• RBGAN unit installations and training ( Mobile Internet )
• Budgeting / Purchase and tracking of IT equipments
• Assisting Program staff in preparing monthly reports and user friendly manuals & documentations upon request
• Supporting the network infrastructure in all the regional provinces.
• Preparing weekly status reports and presentations.
• Preparing Specifications for any IT related purchases for Grants and other IT consultancy related projects for program staff.
• Supervise and monitor the functioning of HF and VHF radios
• Installation of Satellite base stations phone (Iridium / thuraya ).
• Managing the team of 6 to 8 local IT staff working in the regional and home offices.
•-Consultant services onsite to resellers as well as clients, providing appropriate solutions as per their requirements, which includes the IBM x-series & 3com (servers, switches, routers, wireless and network solutions.)
-Handling complete logistics for 3com and reporting weekly sales out.
-Maintain Stock of Items and tracking movement of each item weekly
-Coordinating with the reseller database and offering support for any likely problems they may encounter.
-Organizing weekly seminars and general meetings to bring about product awareness among the sales force, as well as technical training sessions for the concerned staff.
- Project management & supervision for major project.

- Procurement of software and hardware from various distributors, forecasting

•Providing top level support to the System Administration and Customer Support Engineers for the company network (exceeding 1500 PC units on LAN / WAN, ADSL ( Data) lines and Intranet System.

-Providing support for help desk engineers & Clients.

• Design of Lotus Domino and R5 infrastructure for clients.
• Enhancing the product knowledge of sales team members and updating with
reference to competitive products in the market.
• Working out appropriate solutions for clients through meetings and
presentations within their workplace.( IBM / Lotus / 3com / Source fire)
• Design of Voice over IP solutions of 3com and Mitel
• Installation of Remote Management Software to reduce TCO

• Installation and setup of Lotus Domino server, web server, DNS, Checkpoint
firewall and Wingate proxy.

consisted of more than 150 Lotus notes mail clients and application users.
• Total Help desk solution from Network associates, complete installation,
customization and maintenance for three IBM / Panasonic service centers
running on Sybase SQL. (Total Help Desk Solutions)
