• To Check and finalize the concern regarding the machines and guide activities as per set standards (includes manufacturer’s recommendation, ISO certification requirements, safety standards and All Legal & Regulatory requirements) on the various equipment/vehicles and to ensure reliable/optimum utilization of the same.
• Diagnose and requesting manufacture approvals for genuine faults/defects effectively on equipments and ensuring that down time is minimized.

• Continuously suggest and implement modifications on the equipment’s/vehicles based on the required approvals from manufacturers & higher authorities to reduce maintenance costs and improve performance & safety of the same.
• Ensure that standard safety procedures are followed during maintenance activities to prevent any personal injury or equipment damage.
• Ensure that all work-related activities carried out during the shift are recorded in the Excel/work order to help planning staff log the details of work done in the Maintenance Management System.

• Guide and train the Junior Engineer Trainee as required on the maintenance aspects of all equipment/vehicles and tools.
• Documenting Supporting details to convince the manufacturer regarding the concern. Creating Technical Exchange Reports which includes cause, symptom and Remedy for the concern.
• Experience of designing cost effective and practical mechanical modification to help improve product performance and reduce cost.
• Knowledge of designing and maintaining new databases.
• Able to adapt computer program solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness, organizing records, and compiling reports.
• Prepare Monthly reports, subjective for inspection.
