Sr. Design / Technical Office Mechanical engineer within project management office (PMO) who is
responsible for managing, monitoring and controlling all projects of Al-FANAR group inside and
outside KSA. Starting from Business need, Pre-design, Budgeting, Detail design, Approved submittals
& materials, Execution and hand over phases.
Projects:
o Labor & Staff compound in Riyadh“Consists of 51 housing buildings with STP and RO plants”.
o New head office in Riyadh.
o Labor camp for Dubai factory.
o Assembly Complex factory.
o Admin building with regional warehouse in Dammam.
o Admin building with regional warehouse in Khames Mushiet.
o Central Kitchen for staff and labor in Alfanar industrial city.
o Central Natural Gas Network for Al Fanar industrial city.
In additional to design, monitoring and supervion of many utility projects inside Alfanar industrial city
which related to future expansions for the factories, renovations of old admins and development for
some production lines with full support in maintenance disciplines.

• Successful record of developing effective teams and demonstrated understanding of Journeyman level Mechanic and Electrician training, quality, safety programs
• Effectively manage all resources (people, financial, material and time) in order to ensure maximum efficiency in planning, forecasting and allocation
• Manage, operate, and maintain multiple building and utility systems, including water (purification and treatment), mechanical (AHU’s, compressed air, exhaust, chilled water), and electrical
• Leverages leadership and organizational management skills to ensure the success of business expansion
• Direct supervision of maintenance electrician’s mechanics and contractors doing technical maintenance related services at site
• Oversees day-to-day operations and maintenance of client’s buildings, facilities and equipment focusing on keeping all equipment in an operating and functional condition by directing a workforce consisting of technical and non-technical employees
• Participates in the regular internal reviews and presents to the team

Technical Office engineer / owner representative for projects (Colleges, staff housing, hospital and
admin biulding) of Jazan University. Responsible for Review of mechanical design, calculations,
equipment selections, materials and following “ Sub-Contractors, Contractors and Consultants” in
design, pre-design, excution and hand over phases. And providing technical support in design and
redesign for HVAC, Fire fighting and Plumbing systems whenever is necessary as a result of changes in
original design concepts.
