Job Title: Distribution Analyst & Sales Executive
Duties & Responsibilities
• Daily managements reports on national airtime sales, activations and other KPI's
• Daily performance reports to 8 Zonal managers and 50 territory Sales managers
• Prepare presentations on weekly & monthly performance for Team Reviews.
• Orienting new staff members on SD reports and KPI
• Analysis and preparing management presentations
• Preparing payments and white listing of retailers.
• Communications to distributors on their monthly performances.
• Analyzing sales data from various regions and calculating percentage growth plus comparatives.
• Proficient in assessing data and formulating solutions
• Liaise with Network, IT, Customer care, Airtel Money and other departments to resolve
issues affecting distribution Partners and SD team.
• Support the Sales & distribution team in implementing SD strategies and initiatives.
• Providing information on Monthly Performance, Remuneration earnings and business
updates to Channel Partners and SD team.
• Providing back office support to Easy recharges by creating new users and pin unlocking.
• Change Distributors Territory Mapping and alignment in consultation with
ZBM/ZSM/TM.
