As one of the key members of the general contractor's team, I supervised the geodetic works necessary for the successful implementation of the MOF-3 project in Almalyk, Republic of Uzbekistan. As the chief surveyor, my role included various responsibilities vital to the accuracy of the project and strategic execution. As the chief surveyor, strategic planning was central to my duties, which included the development of strategic plans for geodetic works, coordinated with the timing of the project and construction goals. I also supervised and supervised all types of geodetic work, ensuring the accuracy of measurements and compliance with regulatory standards. Leading a team of 34 surveyors, I allocated tasks, providing recommendations and ensuring that they comply with safety protocols and project standards. An equally important function that I performed was to keep in touch with various stakeholders such as engineers from various departments of the company, contractors and workers to integrate survey data into design plans, while eliminating any discrepancies or problems that might arise. I also carried out comprehensive accounting of execution schemes, reports and documentation to track progress, comply with regulatory requirements and bring the results to the attention of relevant stakeholders, including project managers, the customer and regulatory authorities. Together with my team, I promptly eliminated unforeseen problems or discrepancies in geodesy data, offering solutions to maintain the continuity and accuracy of the project. My responsibilities included managing the procurement, maintenance and calibration of geodetic equipment to ensure its functionality and accuracy on site.

As part of the general contractor's team, I took part in organizing and controlling the mobilization of the ships for the arrangement of the Kirinskoe GCF & Yuzhno-Kirinskoe GCF in the northeastern part of Sakhalin Island. My primary responsibility is to ensure effective organization and control of all activities related to the project. One of my key duties involves executing verification works to guarantee compliance with geometrical parameters in the field. This involves ensuring that the coordinates and depths of the trench are consistent with the project design specifications. In addition, I am responsible for reviewing and accepting Contractor’s As-built documentation to ensure that all work done is in line with the agreed-upon project plan. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, I constantly monitor the volumes of work performed, and I confirm that they align with the project design. Another vital aspect of my role is the monitoring of gas pipeline laying, as well as the backfilling of trenches and pits. I make sure that all these activities are carried out in accordance with the project plan and to the required standards.

Construction of a complex for deep oil refining at the Omsk facility. I’ve worked at the site since the early work stage to the final of the project as part of the ЕРСМ’s team. Conducted daily analysis of control or research data to ensure compliance with the requirements of the project specifications and the standard of land management works. I also performed an analysis of operational data to evaluate work, processes. My responsibilities included the implementation of a complex of verification geodetic works that ensure the exact compliance of the geometric parameters, coordinates and elevations of buildings and structures with the project during their placement and construction from the zero cycle to the final stage of construction. Carried out verification and signing of executive documentation and schemes for inspections of the client's QA\QC group from contractors. Participated in training programs for subcontractors to prepare As-built documentation according to standards and project requirements.

Geodetic support during Construction of the “Ore processing plant” in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). I’ve worked at the site since the early work stage to the final of the project as a member of the client team. My duties included checking work of both the company's own employees and contractors.. I was responsible for performing a set of verification works that ensure that the geometric parameters, coordinates and elevations of buildings and structures accurately correspond to the project during their placement and construction. In addition, I provided the removal of the axes of the structure under construction, the control of elevations, the calculation of soil volumes in AutoCAD Civil 3D, was responsible for the control of anchor groups. I used the Phantom 4 Pro quadcopter to take pictures of the terrain, to calculate the volume of earth masses and create video presentations of construction progress. I worked with satellite 3D GNSS (GPS/GLONASS) system for Topcon grader where I created and edited work projects, coupled with the calibration of equipment on the construction site. Control over geodetic devices, linear measurements, correctness of storage and usage. Review and acceptance of as-built documentation from contractor. Overall, my contributions to the project ensured that the construction of the Ore Processing Plant met the necessary geodetic requirements and standards.

I was responsible for providing geodetic support for the construction of a railway bridge in the Irkutsk region and bridges at the Talakan oil and gas field in Sakha Republic (Yakutia). My scope of work included consolidating metal structures, and performing a complex of verification works to ensure that the geometric parameters, coordinates, and elevation marks of buildings and structures are in exact compliance with the project during placement and construction. I also calculated ground volumes in AutoCAD Civil 3D, monitored elevations, setting out structure axis on the construction site, and produced executive documentation for handover to the client. Additionally, I monitored the condition of geodetic instruments and linear measuring instruments, ensuring their proper storage and operation.

I provided continuous geodetic support during the construction process to ensure that all elements of the project are accurately positioned. I used total station to ensure accurate positioning of the piles. I monitored the movement of the ground during construction to ensure that the project is not affected by subsidence or other ground movements. I regarded the accuracy of the survey measurements, the shape of the ground, and the desired final grades when calculating volumes. I used a comprehensive quality control process to verify the accuracy of height marks, setting out axes of buildings and structures. I considered the design and orientation of the building or structure when setting out the axes. I extended the survey control network. This helped to establish accurate and reliable control points throughout the construction site. I ensured that the benchmarks meet the required specifications and are appropriate for the project and that as-built documentation is comprehensive and includes all relevant information and it meets the initial design specifications.

As Head of the department, my role included various tasks. I was responsible for scheduling geodetic works and supervising two surveyors. I was also engaged in the purchase of geodetic equipment in accordance with the goals and objectives of the company, while simultaneously monitoring the condition of geodetic instruments, linear measurement instruments and ensuring their proper storage and maintenance. In addition, I was responsible for setting out of axes controlled the heights and calculated the volumes of soil for various objects. Under my control were several objects such as underground pedestrian crossings, sewage treatment plants, as well as the reconstruction of the mirror factory. I was present during the installation of particularly important structures, and also compiled, edited and submitted the executive
as-built documentation to Client for approval.

As a surveyor, I took part in the construction of the 2nd ring line of the metro in Moscow. I monitored the drilling of inclined freezing capsules for the construction of the escalator shaft to make sure that the process was going according to plan. I also regularly carried out quality checks of work and analysis of the data obtained. This allowed me to quickly identify possible problems and take measures to eliminate them. I monitored the piles after pouring concrete at all levels, including but not limited to the descent into the ventilation shaft, to ensure stability and compliance with the stated technical requirements. On an ongoing basis, I monitored the movement of the ground during construction to make sure that the project would not be affected by subsidence or potential subsidence of the adjacent territory. In addition to geodetic work, I also performed reconnaissance, checking the routes of the city's heating systems and collecting relevant data so that this data would be useful in their reconstruction and actual indication on city maps. In addition, I assisted the department for the production of As-built documentation, where detailed documents adapted to the specific needs of the client were created.

As a surveyor, I participated in the construction of “Sea aquarium” on Russkiy Island, not far from Vladivostok. My duties included surveying work sites and determining the location of the axes of structures and buildings, as well as calculating the amount of soil needed for crane platforms. I also regularly carried out quality checks of work and analysis of the data obtained. I was also responsible for overseeing the consolidation of metal structures and their following installation. One of my main responsibilities was the production of detailed As-built documentation to track all the work performed. I also carried out constant monitoring of the condition of geodetic equipment, calibrating them and making sure that they were stored and maintained properly.

I was responsible for geodetic support of various sections of work at Bovanenkovskoye NKM Project. I carried out the removal of the boundaries of the bushes of wells to the construction site, monitored the elevation and geometric parameters of the construction sites in strict accordance with design. My responsibilities included the development and marking of the axis of roads under construction, control of the laying of each layer of road surfaces under construction. I also calculated the volumes of soil in Credo СMM. One of my main duties was to produce detailed As-built documentation in order to track all the work performed and submit it on time for approval by Сlient

I provided continuous geodetic support during the construction of "BTS-2" oil pipeline in Tver. My responsibilities included marking out the linear structure axis in the field, monitoring the height levels and geometric parameters of the trench development, strictly adhering to all project requirements, including slope and slope shape. I was also responsible for producing and delivering the necessary As-built documentation to the Сlient. Additionally, I performed regular checks on the geodetic equipment, calibrating it as needed and ensuring it was stored and maintained correctly.
