Responsibilities Include:
-Designing, Planning, developing and troubleshooting clients LAN/WAN infrastructure project
solutions including security infrastructure.
-Designing, Planning and developing (Hardware/Software) Client/Server environment Solutions,
Storage solutions, and Server application solutions using Microsoft products and 3rd party.
-Understanding customer technical requirements and architecture and working with the sales
team to prepare suitable product and solution proposals.
-Managing customer technical questions and problems, and solving issues by phone, email and onsite visits if required and liaising with suppliers.
-Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team and help in orientation of new sales members.

-Implementing clients LAN/WAN infrastructure project solutions including security
infrastructure.
-Implementing (Hardware/Software) Client/Server environment Solutions, Storage solutions, and
Server application solutions using Microsoft products and 3rd party.
- Ensuring the availability of client/server applications, configuring all new implementations, and
developing processes and procedures for ongoing management of the server environment.
-Planning, Deploying and Configuring Microsoft Exchange Server 2010
-Knowledge of Mailbox, Client Access, Hub Transport, Edge and Unified Messaging Servers
-Controlling Mailbox Growth, Personal Folders, Public Folders and PST Files
-Understanding high Availability, Recovery, and disaster recovery and Perform regular backups
-Install and Configuring Microsoft Dynamic CRM 2011 and Migrating from CRM 4.0 to 2011
Responsibilities Include:
-Sell and marketing the company's products / services.
-Develop/keep relationships with customers to future selling continuance.
-Generate leads (Obtaining new accounts, following leads from other clients)
-Discussing the clients' needs and suggests how the products / services can meet their needs.

Responsibilities Include:
-Dealing with technical queries from Hospitals and General Practitioners and giving advice on new equipment
-Callibrating, testing and maintaining clinical IVF equipments
-Sell and marketing the company's IVF equipments
-Training technical or clinical staff
-Writing reports and attending conferences and exhibitions to present my work and latest designs to a range of technical and non-technical audiences.
