- Responsible for the proper organization of the warehouse as well as the maintenance of the tidy in the storages area as well as shelves, storage cabinets in order to have an easy control and
access to it.
- Provide coordination support to the inventory team though communicating with internal customers and any other relevant party to support in the exchange of information and feedback required for the completion of inventory processes.
- I have the control access to the storage, as well as to the all storage area and reception of goods.
- Responsible of improve the safety regulations of the warehouse, storage areas for the staff, as well as equipments and materials lifted.
- Responsible of identification and verification of the quality, damage and quantities of materials that are received for the work, and reporting of nonconformity.
- Responsible of Implementation of the specific preventive maintenance procedures and maintenance of materials in the warehouse, storage areas or the location of the work and keep a detailed record of the materials with the identification cards of the same until custody is transferred to the contractor.
- Making Reports, about the reception and dispatch of materials, allocation of material inputs and outputs in the control program.
- Utilizes the computer system to enter all transaction and to resolve complaints from user department related to quantity of materials delivred. stock level existing material quatities etc..
- Perform material availability planning carrying a control system to anticipate the needs of gathering material to avoid or minimize delays in the work.
- Conduct and manage insurance claims for damage to materials
