• Coordinates transaction between the Clients and the Consultants; collate necessary information to complete the Instruction form for drafting Will and Testament.
• Established and maintained both the general and confidential extensive filing system.
• Handles management financial accounts and issuance of invoices for billing.
• Responsible for the structure& content management of the company website.
• Manage the Will Storage; assist the Clients with the storage and retrieval of their Will document.
• Acting as a liaison between the Clients, Consultants and Lawyers; ensure that all relevant information is shared between the Consultants and the Lawyers.
• Proofread and revise Instruction form as advised by the Consultants and the Clients.
• Highlight and report important information regarding Inheritance Law for different nationalities.
• Typing, formatting, and amending Will and Testaments; review and proofread Will document prior to Testators approval.
• Arranging legal translations for Will and Testament.
• Assist clients in attestation, signing and witnessing of their Will documents.
• Coordinates with Consulates, Embassies and Dubai Notary Public office for attestation and registration of Will document.
• Assist clients in signing their Last Will and Testament at the DIFC Wills & Probate Registry.
• Reports to the Managing Director.
• Responsible in arranging relevant documents for Ship Registry for Commercial Vessels, Pleasure Boats; ensure all the ships meet with all the requirements of Panamanian Law and International Conventions according to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in order to give approval for the vessel to be registered under Panama Flag.
• Assist the vessel owners for the Issuance of Registration Certificates and Issuance of Radio Licenses.
• Provide legal assistance to the clients such as authentication, legalization of documents prerequisite to vessel registration.
• Screen the top priority matters from incoming calls, emails and initial enquiries.
• Manage the company's administrative activities.
