Field data collection
− Distribution of E-Cards (Cash based projects)
− Delivery of info sessions and training for beneficiaries
− Daily coordination with Project Officer on matters related to the plans, data collection,
data entry and data analysis
− Assist in weekly and monthly reporting
− Work with vulnerable cases and referring each one to the right persons including
protection cases.
− Conduct assessments of basic needs
− Ensure timely filing and storage of data and information
− Support help desk of UNHCR by identifying vulnerable cases.

Act as a focal point to refugees in need of medical assistance, and people who suffers
from disabilities
− Provide guidance and proper referral to refugees seeking primary or secondary health
care with the assistance of the medical consultant if needed
− Coordination with partners to ensure referrals and assistance of vulnerable cases
− Follow-up with hospitals for inpatient cases, and perform hospital visits for certain
patients when needed
− Prepare health awareness materials and flyers
