Responsible for Check-in and Checkout of the hotel, reservations of rooms and guest services for whatever guests need and want inside and outside of the hotel. Responsibility goes as well for sales of rooms and up-selling to widen revenue.
Aproaching segments assigned by the management, search for groups, companies, and/or a given business to accommodate and meet in the Hotel. I promote the Hotel and follow up with existing accounts, aproach new accounts and maintain business from key acounts.
As opening team, i was responsible of setting service standards along with HACCP standards and customer services.
i held HR responsibility as recruit and file documents and classify papers corresponding to legitimacy. Held responsibility for recruitment.
As a trainer, i was responsible for training staff upon service standards, HACCP and customer services standards.
As a floor manager, i held responsibility of supervising and mentoring staff on duty, scheduling and closing accounts revenues, and stabilize consistency.
As a hostess, i was responsible for hosting guests, organizing waiting list and coordinate with staff for seating and serving.
As a waitress, i was responsible for table waiting, serving from A-Z and billing. As well as organizing the service with the section due timing, serving and billing.
As a trainer, training staff for customer service, and HACCP since i have had a full major course at university taking this subject from A-Z.
i was trained in the department of accounting/ accounts receivables upon billing, process of receiving accounts and on the P.O.S fidelio accordingly.
This training will be held on July, 2012. I will undergo an examination from Highfield, UK.
The HACCP training was held in Boecker, Beirut, Lebanon. Took the examination certificate from Highfield, UK.
