• Arrange all On-boarding formalities - liaise with the PRO for visa requirements, RP Transfer, arrange ticket, arrange accommodation or camp with business units and ensures that staff arrives into country and taken care of by the respective business units
• Conduct induction for newly joined employees
• Process the Enrollment of Medical Insurance Cards of New Joiners and arrange medical claim of employees to the insurance company for reimbursement.

• Prepare letter request - salary bank and non bank letter, employment certificate, consulate/visa application letter.

• Prepare and process the monthly salary payroll. Ensures all payroll transactions like attendance, leave, new hires, employee information changes, loans, advances, overtime, incentives and other payments, re-imbursements, etc. are approved and entered ‎accurately in line with the Company policy
• Prepare and arrange final settlement relating to the End of Service and Gratuity pay of separating employee.
• Liaise with PRO on visa cancellation and arrange repatriation of separating employee.
• Arrange deletion of IT assets, PDR, Igrow and SAP access and deletion of medical coverage
• Responsible for incoming requests from the business which are escalated by Tier 1 for various activities like Payroll transactions, renewals, loans, official letters to Banks & Consulates etc.
• Maintain and Process HR System Transactions Module in SAP (PA30, PA40, PA20, PPOSE, PO13, PQ13, PA70, PA71, PO10, PQ10, System Generated Reports and etc) - Personnel Administration, Processes Hiring Actions, Employee Data Maintenance, Position and Organizational Management, Employee Movement (Promotion, Intra/Inter-Company Transfer) Payroll Entries, Leave Entries and Separation/Leaving Action and etc.
• Handle inquiries related to payroll, policies, HR standard operating procedures, Self-Service portal namely ESS (Employee Self Service) and MSS (Manager Self Service) using a customized CRM (Customer Relationship Management) as a primary case management tool.
• Handle service requests and enquiries raised on Salesforce. Provide Functional Support to employees on salesforce, case on case basis. Provide functional support to employees during performance appraisals to handle success factors.
• Handle system issues on salesforce and success-factors.
• Provide quality customer service in response to inquiries made via phone or e-mail from Al-Futtaim Employees, Line Managers and HR Business Partners.
• Provide functional support (salesforce and success-factors) to end users; respond to end user requests for information on system use, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve end users problems
• Maintain efficient service delivery by ensuring transactional requests (personal information update, company loans, payments and recoveries) are completed within the assigned turnaround time and maintain the service level agreements (SLA).
