• Review contractors submittals e.g. Shop Drawings, Redline, and As-built Drawings,
Materials, Method Statements, Prequalification, etc.
• Respond to RFI ensuring that the contractors requested information is clearly addressed.
• Interface with project contractors to ensure continuous progress of on-site construction
activities.
• Monitor daily construction operations and maintain comprehensive oversight of field

Team.
• Oversee procurement schedules and on-site material deliveries, ensuring alignment with
project timelines.

 Coordinating directly (under the direction of Al Murjan Project Director) with the project supervision
consultant Arabtech Jardaneh - Saudi, project technical support team Arabtech Jardaneh
International - Jordan, project management team Kling Consult, and the project cost control D.G.
Jones.
 Recommends approval or rejection on design or construction-related issues to the project director.
 Involved in resolving site-related issues and proactively foresees potential problem/conflict hence a
mitigation plan/strategy can be created.
 Representing the client in meetings with the site project team e.g. Weekly Progress, Weekly
Coordination, Quality Meetings, etc.
 Participates in Value Engineering sessions.
 Risk Register updates, Variation Orders evaluation with the Cost Consultant.
 Technical Review on the final design (codes & standards) prior to issuance of the IFC package to the
contractor as client’s representative.
 Reviewing of BOQ during the negotiation stage with the selected contractor.
 Participated the Bid Evaluation process.

support team (Arabtech Jardaneh International - Jordan), project management team (Kling

• Resolved site-related concerns and proactively identified potential conflicts to develop
mitigation strategies in advance.
• Represented the client in key project meetings, including Weekly Progress, Coordination,
and Quality Meetings.
• Participated in Value Engineering (VE) sessions to optimize design and cost efficiency.
• Contributed to Risk Register updates and evaluated Variation Orders in coordination with
the cost consultant.
• Conducted technical reviews of final design documents, ensuring compliance with codes and
standards prior to IFC (Issued for Construction) package release to contractors.
• Organized RFP documents and coordinated with tendering contractors throughout the
bidding process.
• Served as a member of the Tender Evaluation Team.
• Reviewed the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) during contractor negotiation stages.
