Working as part of a team and responsible for work assignments/rotations, staff training, staff vacations, staff breaks, overtime assignment and arranging back-up for absent employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervising the day to day activities of a team of 22 staff overseeing the distribution of various scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, inspections and storage preparations for military equipment assigned to the COSIS (Care Of Supplies In Storage) program for long term storage.
Driving operational efficiencies and cutting costs.
Managing team and individual performance, organizing work load and allocating tasks on a daily basis which includes scheduling staffing levels, planning for holiday and weekend cover.
Monitoring staff attendance and performance levels.
Ensuring all administrative records are completed accurately by utilizing various Microsoft Office programs for preparation of reports, charts, emails and memorandums to regulate continuous flow of information for daily status updates prepared for senior management.
Developing policies to create and maximize performance.
Identifying training needs and providing training to new and existing staff.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety guidelines.
Ensure professionalism and high quality is continually maintained.
Ensuring personnel stay motivated, on task and in regulation with company guidelines to ensure a positive work environment.
Responsible for making sure that any gaps in performance or quality are quickly identified and addressed while producing accurate reports on team performance for Senior Managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing schedules for staff and coordinating the daily allocation of work.
Updating reports, tracking status of vehicle and parts and man-hour utilization using applications such as Microsoft Office and AWRDS (Army Wars Reserve Deployment System).
Verifying procedure, completion of tasks, coordinating mission plans, management of personnel placement, tasks and vehicles.
Supervising American and foreign nationals during troubleshooting, maintaining and servicing procedures on multiple variances of MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected) family vehicles to include: Maxx Pro Plus, Maxx Pro Dash, CAIMEN, MATV (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected All Terrain Vehicle), RG33L, RG33 HAGA, and RG33 HAGA Plus models.
Dealing with and resolving problems and issues which arise.
Mentoring and training junior and new staff.
Arranging and chairing weekly team meetings, focusing on targets and achievements.
Responsible for carrying out warranty repairs to manufacturers guidelines including repairs, replacing brakes and suspensions, servicing of vehicles. Also ensuring all work is completed on time and within service schedules.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, QA/QC activities and maintaining Maxx Pro, RG33, RG31, CAIMEN and MATV (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected All Terrain Vehicles), MRAP (Mine Resistant Ambush Protected) heavy wheeled vehicles diesel engine systems, drive train, suspension, armour and electrical systems.
Repairing and servicing vehicles booked into the workshop, tracking parts, vehicles and service records and verifying the estimated parts required for repair.
Ensuring the correct specialist tools are used to carry out repairs. Checking every critical part of a vehicle including belts, hoses, plugs, brakes and fuel systems.
Stripping/fitting, replacing components and repair on vehicles of accident or damaged cars.
Carrying out inspections and reconditioning of vehicles.
Making sure the work bay and garage is tidy and safe to work in.
Carrying out test drives on vehicles to diagnose existing faults.
Investigating faults using special mechanical tools and diagnostic equipment.
My knowledge of the platform pertains to the vehicle’s diesel turbine engine, transmission, suspension, ballistic, fire control, stabilization, thermal imaging and breech group systems. With additional knowledge pertaining to the mine plow, mine roller, vehicle conditioning and air temperature control systems. Preparing daily workloads for staff and coordinating the daily allocation of work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operating as a member of a team to perform duties such as troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, QA/QC activities and maintaining M1A2 SEP V2 up armored tanks for the Army Prepositioned Sustainment Project #5.
Perform routine and anticipatory maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment.
Hands on experience in performing inspection, cleaning and testing equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagnose and troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, QA/QC and maintaining Abrams M1A1, M1A1 AIM ED, M1A1 AIM SA, M1A2, M1A2 SEP, M1A2 SEP V2 up armored tanks for issue to units on military installations around the nation.
Perform setups and respond to mechanical problems.
Complete preventative maintenance and handle all phases of repair procedures including diagnostics utilizing schematics and test equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Surveying and inspecting new and in progress job site geography for property corners, building corners, building grades and elevations on commercial construction projects.
Set up and take down of digital and analog mapping equipment and maintained inventory of supplies used for each work day.
Firm understanding of Time and Project Management.

Unload, inspect stock of inventory items, building supplies and equipment received for production of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry for retailers nationwide.
