Responsibilities:
•Liaise with Qatari Armed Forces senior management on day to day maintenance/retrofits and act as authorized signature for all specialists' works.
•Specialist Contracts Covered-Flight Line Visual Aids/Navigational Aids/Fire Alarm & Suppression/UPS/Lifts & Elevators/Security(Perimeter Detection)/CCTV/Jet Fuelling Stations/Television & Satellite/PA & Sirens/RCRS-Vindicator Systems/PLC Systems.
•Manager in charge for the start up of specialist contractors to commence initial health checks of already installed systems/equipments
•Manage & coordinate contractor technical findings and authorize replacement/refurbishment actions as required.
•Develop repair time windows thus allowing normal operations to the military base.
•Review of sub-contractor submittals from pre-qualification through to method statements and eventual site works start up.
•Study material usage and define trends for regular maintenance routines.
•Reporting to company owners on all commercial & technical issues pertaining to specialist's works.
