Asset Management
Project: Maintenance Package 26 Al Udaid Military Airbase
Project Brief: Qatari/US Air Force shared usage airbase covering 37 Square Kilometers.
Project works split into 4 sections comprising of-
Creation of asset registers for all equipments/plant and input into “CARL” Maintenance Software Management tool.(www.carl-software.com)
Assessment of maintenance requirements of equipment/plant under current usage.
Reporting/actions on commissioning/maintenance requirement for equipment installed yet to be put in service.
Assessing maintenance requirement on future equipment due to expansion plans.
Responsibilities:
•Liaise with Qatari Armed Forces senior management on day to day maintenance/retrofits and act as authorized signature for all specialists' works.
•Specialist Contracts Covered-Flight Line Visual Aids/Navigational Aids/Fire Alarm & Suppression/UPS/Lifts & Elevators/Security(Perimeter Detection)/CCTV/Jet Fuelling Stations/Television & Satellite/PA & Sirens/RCRS-Vindicator Systems/PLC Systems.
•Manager in charge for the start up of specialist contractors to commence initial health checks of already installed systems/equipments
•Manage & coordinate contractor technical findings and authorize replacement/refurbishment actions as required.
•Develop repair time windows thus allowing normal operations to the military base.
•Review of sub-contractor submittals from pre-qualification through to method statements and eventual site works start up.
•Study material usage and define trends for regular maintenance routines.
•Reporting to company owners on all commercial & technical issues pertaining to specialist's works.

Project: New Doha International Airport-Emiri Terminal Car Parking and Mosque structures

Project: Barwa City Phase 1, New Doha International Airport-Emiri Terminal, Passenger
Railway System Station Box NDIA
Responsibilities:
•Production of electrical and mechanical Testing and Commissioning method statements.
•Production of electrical and mechanical Operation and Maintenance manuals.
•Preparation of site conditions ready for T&C activities.
•Manage group of technical managers in safely commencing T&C works.
•Manage resource planning to execute the works in line with the requirements of the client
•Manage sequencing of the works to achieve maximum output and minimize delays
•Reporting to senior management advising on progress and measures to improve
•Coordination of inspections from government agencies Kahramaa etc.
•Clearing T&C comments from punch lists
•Manage sectional handover to facilities management groups
•Manage demobilizing of staff and equipments

Provide Technical support for a non railways based company in all aspects of building services
•Review and authorize selection of contractors
•Set up and selection of systems to ensure quality, efficiency, safety and advise client accordingly
•Manage site access inspections and liaise with government bodies as required
•Coordinate a team of discipline managers in their efforts to complete the given works
•Hold regular coordination meetings with all contractors ensuring avoidance of clashes and sequencing the works
•Highlight and remove any safety critical issues through correct sequencing of the works
•Reporting daily to senior management of both client and employer
•Liaise with all site contractors giving guidance and technical support

Electrical
Project: AX324 Dubai International Airport Extension, Terminal 2
Responsibilities:
•Management of the electrical sub-contract works
•Day to day running of a team of engineers involved with Medium/low voltage installations
•Progress reporting to client/consultant and senior management
•Attendance to high level meetings with the client ensuring fair representation and protection of the companies interests
•Assessment of future resource requirements for the successful completion of the project
•MEP coordination, both internally and with civil trades

Project: Contract CC202 West Rail Projects - Long Ping Station/Yuen Long Station

Project: Tseung Kwan O Project - Yau Tong Station Building Services Works
Responsibilities:
•E & M Detailed take-off for tendering purposes
•E&M Coordination of the installation
•Resource planning
•Material/Equipment forecast and tracking
•Site safety and subject to internal and external audits
•Plant pre commissioning and safe energisation
•Partnering aspects with client/civil and system wide contractors
•Civil and E&M coordination
•Direct reporting to senior management on all electrical works undertaken

Training in a wide range of occupational skills that included Lathe work (Manual and CNC). Milling machine operation use of bench mounted and portable drills and use of MIG, Electric Arc and Oxyacetylene Welding apparatus, achieving complete competence in each of these areas
