Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the QA/QC team and expertise to the overall Quality Management.
• System, policies, and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements
• Implement preventive measures and corrective action for non-conforming products.
• Reviews and approves inspections test plans, quality control plans and procedures. Pre-Qualification and Material Approval Request of Subcontractors and Suppliers
• Prepares and implements the project inspection strategy to cover all project phases.
• Responsible for Quality Control, consisting of Inspection and testing, Material inspection and liaising with Consultants/Engineers in matters about Inspections, and Quality checks for materials and Installations.
• Prepares Non-conformance and surveillance Reports and collaborates with subcontractors to rectify issues.
• Coordinate and Attend Fat’s Inspection with the Client Representative
( DEWA )
• Validate the Inspection & Test Request (ITR) and Material Inspection Request (MIR ) before submission and
Perform Routine surveillance, inspection, and monitoring of construction site activities by ITP and Project specification.
• Oversee Material Quality: Supervise and inspect materials for compliance with set standards.
Creating and Maintaining accurate records of all inspections, tests, and quality control activities, ensuring all documents are reviewed, checked, complete, and up to date

Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for Quality Control, consisting of Inspection and testing, Material inspection and liaising with Consultants/Engineers in matters about Inspections, and Quality checks for materials and Installations.
• Validate the Request for Inspection (RFI) before submission and
Perform Routine surveillance, inspection, and monitoring of construction site activities by ITP and project specification Responsible for submission of test reports and other Quality Documents for Review and approval.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to codes, regulations, and project specifications by monitoring subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor the works if carried out as per approved ITP and ensure that all materials to be used are as per approved material submission.
• Creating and Maintaining accurate records of all inspections, tests, and quality control activities, ensuring all documents are reviewed, checked, complete, and up to date.
• Visit factories to ensure proper manufacture and testing of materials produced.
• Review and approve materials submittals to ensure they meet project specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinates with Public Works Authority(PWA) and consultant for Material inspection and testing at the site (Such as Bridge load testing, concrete and asphalt trial mix, and other on-site and off-site testing)
• Establishing and maintaining a traceability tool for all project materials
And analyze the test results on time and recommend actions.
• Register and update daily Concrete Compressive Strength Report 7 & 28 days testing, Field Density Test, Soil and Asphalt testing Reinforcement bars, and other material testing conducted as per project requirements.
• Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications; and conducting visual and measurement tests.
• Prepares Non-conformance and surveillance Reports and collaborates with subcontractors to rectify issues.
• Conducting periodic inspection/calibration of all measuring instruments and testing equipment, and ensuring calibrations are current and conform to Standards and regulations.
• Inspect and keep Quality Control records of all the stages of the precast fabrication (Segmental Box Girder), testing and examining any materials, goods, and workmanship to be used by the precast manufacturer in connection with the precast production.
• Conduct a final inspection to confirm that all work meets the quality control plan and project requirements. Prepare and organize quality-related documentation for project closeout.

1. Responsible for Monitoring Structural & Piping Works, Daily tracking and verification of actual erected structures in tonnage and welded spools. 2.Prepares & Submit daily-weekly & monthly progress report to the consultant.
3. Quantity take-off materials, Set-up data base for daily production & monitoring purposes.
4.Daily Monitoring of Manpower & equipment.
5. Quantity Tracker

Responsible for performing inspection & investigation in site activities, Check the construction that is done in full accordance with the plans and specification, Prepare Weekly & Monthly report. Check & Verifies
The Incoming and outgoing materials at site.
