Responsibilities
•Spearheading crucial projects by coordinating laterally between diverse technical teams and vertically across management hierarchy to seamlessly implement - project rollouts, management systems and process enhancements.
•Managing networks of 230 users and 5 servers (In house), 40 users (on sites connecting through SSL VPN and IPSec tunnel) including router/firewall and switches
•Responsible to manage an array of tasks associated with Server 2008/2012 Std.\[Active Directory(ADS), DNS, WINS, DHCP, LDP\].
•Active Directory Group policy administration and implementation as well as user profiles managements
•Management of Symantec End Point Protection 12.0 Server for client virus definition updating, removal of virus/spywares/worms, devices control, generating reports on monthly basis for the threats and removal from systems.
•Management and troubleshooting of Microsoft Lync 2010 server including remote site users authentication, address book replication, certificate issues.
•Management of company email server.
•Oversee and supervise major issues pertaining to installation, configuration and maintenance of company networks.
•Providing technical support to team members/users and recommending appropriate solutions for rectifying them.
•Monitoring and troubleshooting of Backup Server (Symantec Backup Exec 2010) for data backup and recovery (if required).
•Monthly testing of implemented Disaster Recovery and Duplication System.
•Information Security policy administration, implementation and management as per documents.
•Administration of company communication system Avaya IPBX/Life Size V.C. System.
•Administration of company security system (Bosch CCTV Cameras/DVR/Access Controls).
